This is more for a consistent brand presence on Instagram. You won't likely see a huge influx of new clients or patients unless you implement some backend strategies (we can teach you!).

Regularly updating your Google Business Profile with relevant information, posts, and updates can improve your local search engine optimization (SEO). This can result in higher visibility in local search results, making it easier for potential customers to find your business.

How Does It Work?

Step 1: Discovery Call

Based on your needs and budget, we will determine which service is best. Once your service is finalized, we’ll determine your start date and send over the contract, and invoice for you to sign and pay.

 

** If your start date is in the middle of the month, your first month will be prorated and you will be invoiced on the first of the month going forward. 

Step 2: Onboarding

You’ll meet your account managers - Rachel and Rebekah (they’ve been on Team Molly for YEARS and are super organized and keep everything running smoothly), and receive an onboarding email.

 

This email includes everything you need to know, and your onboarding form. You’ll be expected to fill this out thoroughly so that we have all the key details we need to begin working on your content.

Step 3: Kick Off Call

We use this call to get logged into your account, finalize design details and tie up any loose ends.

Step 4: Content Creation & Approval

We start working on your content! We build out all the content in Canva and Planoly. We batch one month’s worth of content at a time. We’ll send you an approval form for feedback so we can note your preferences moving forward.

Step 5: Execution

On your assigned date, we start posting! We typically post on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Step 6: Ongoing Communications

Two weeks before the start of the next month, we send you a form to let us know if you have any specific events or hot topics you want covered. If you are on our growth plan, you'll also get your Monthly Analytics Dashboard.

Step 7: Results & Checkpoints

Team Molly always has your best interest at heart and we are always communicating behind the scenes and optimizing results.

 

We will periodically email you with ideas to boost your engagement, etc. Clients on either package can book time with Molly quarterly.  

*What about Reels? Each client has slightly different preferences. We are happy to send over ideas and Molly can interview you on video to get Reels footage, too.

If we are unable to resolve any issue, you will provide an independent service to arbitrate a resolution.
